What UK Procurement Teams Consider
When choosing a tech gift supplier, these are the factors that matter most to procurement professionals.
Consistent Quality
We conduct in-line inspections during production and final QC checks before shipment. Every unit meets the same standard as your approved samples.
Single Point of Contact
You work with one account manager from initial enquiry through to delivery. No handoffs, no repeated explanations.
Transparent Pricing
Our quotes include product cost, customisation, packaging and delivery. Import duties and VAT are calculated upfront.
Flexibility
If your marketing team updates the logo or your event date shifts, we adjust production schedules and communicate revised timelines clearly.
UK-Specific Experience
We understand HMRC rules on corporate gifts, WEEE compliance, and the practical realities of delivering to multiple UK locations.

How a Typical Project Works
Understanding this process helps you plan internal approvals and set realistic expectations.
Initial Requirements Discussion
You share your brief—product type, quantity, branding requirements, budget range and target delivery date. We confirm feasibility and provide an initial estimate.
Sample Production
We produce physical samples with your branding for approval. Sample lead time is typically 7–10 working days.
Artwork and Specification Sign-Off
Once you approve the sample, we finalise artwork files and confirm all specifications in writing. This is where changes become costly.
Production
Full production typically takes 2–3 weeks. We send progress photos at key stages and conduct quality inspections before packing.
Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped by air or sea. We handle customs clearance and arrange delivery to your specified UK address.

UK Compliance Considerations
Electronic products distributed in the UK must meet specific regulatory requirements.
UKCA Marking
Since January 2025, electronic products placed on the UK market require UKCA marking rather than CE marking. All products we supply carry appropriate UKCA certification and documentation.
WEEE Compliance
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment regulations require producers to register with an approved compliance scheme. We can provide guidance on how this applies to corporate gift programmes.
Battery Regulations
Lithium battery products must comply with UK battery regulations including proper labelling and disposal information. Our power banks and wireless chargers include required battery markings.
What Happens If You Ignore This
A marketing manager at a professional services firm ordered 500 branded power banks from an overseas supplier without checking compliance documentation. When the products arrived, they lacked UKCA marking and proper battery labelling. The company could not legally distribute them to clients. The products sat in a warehouse for three months while replacement units were sourced.

Our Experience
We have supplied custom branded tech products to UK businesses since 2018.
Project Types We Handle
- Employee onboarding kits for 50 to 5,000 staff
- Client appreciation programmes
- Conference giveaways for 500 to 10,000 attendees
- Multi-site delivery programmes
- Recurring quarterly orders
What We Do Not Do
- • We do not handle orders under 100 units
- • We do not offer same-day or next-day delivery
- • We do not work with resellers or distributors
- • Our focus is direct relationships with end-client companies
Submit Your Project Requirements
If you have a clear idea of what you need—product type, approximate quantity, branding approach and target delivery date—submitting your requirements allows us to confirm feasibility and provide accurate pricing.
When It Makes Sense to Wait
Not every enquiry needs to be submitted immediately. Consider waiting if:
- • Your internal stakeholders have not yet agreed on budget or product type
- • You are still evaluating whether custom tech gifts are the right approach
- • Your delivery date is more than six months away
- • You need to gather logo files or brand guidelines
Benefits of clarifying requirements first: Fewer revision rounds, more accurate quotes, and reduced risk of misalignment.
